Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds work at Postula. Postula sells prepaid digital credits used inside the app — one credit equals one complete search. By purchasing credits, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Use.
1. Digital product
Postula sells digital credit packs (Starter, Pro and Power). Credits are delivered to your account instantly after a successful payment, never expire, and can only be used within the Postula service. No physical goods are shipped.
2. 14-day refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days of your request. Refunds apply to credits that have not yet been used.
3. Automatic refund — searches with no results
In addition to the 14-day window above, you only pay for searches that deliver. A credit is charged only when a search returns at least one result. If a search returns no results at all, the credit is automatically returned to your balance — no request, no waiting. This is the core fairness guarantee of Postula.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund or report a payment issue, email us at youssef.nouali@proton.me with your account email and, if available, your payment reference (e.g. PST-XXXXXX). We aim to respond within 3 business days.
5. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Accounts found abusing refunds or chargebacks may be suspended.
6. Changes
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent changes, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
